Customer Supplied Apparel & Products Policy:
Condition of Supplied Items:
Customers who choose to provide their own apparel or products for embroidery or printing must ensure all items are supplied in clean, new, and unused condition. We do not accept worn, previously used, damaged, or unclean items under any circumstances. Items that do not meet these standards will be declined at the time of drop‑off or upon inspection.
Surcharge for Supplied Items:
A $10 surcharge per item applies when customers supply their own garments or products. This fee covers additional handling, preparation, and machine setup required for non‑standard items.
Risk & Liability for Customer Supplied Goods:
By providing your own apparel or products, you acknowledge and accept that embroidery and printing machinery can occasionally cause damage, including tearing, marking, stretching, or misprints. BBK Embroidery & Print takes all reasonable care; however, we cannot guarantee the outcome on items not sourced through us.
BBK Embroidery & Print is not liable for any damage, loss, or imperfections that may occur during production. If damage occurs for any reason, the customer accepts full responsibility for replacing the item and understands that no compensation, refund, or reimbursement will be provided for customer‑supplied goods.
Acceptance of these Terms:
By submitting your own items for decoration, you agree to all conditions outlined in this policy.

Return and Refund Policy
BBK Embroidery & Print will accept returns and offer a refund or exchange on the basis of the product being incorrectly personalised/embroidered and of fault of BBK Embroidery & Print.
Due to the nature of the products being 'Personalised' it is your responsibility to supply BBK Embroidery & Print with the correct spelling and details for your order.
We strongly advise you to double check your order details prior to submitting it to us for processing.
